SECOND OCCUPANCY OR HABITABILITY LICENSES

Planos

The habitability certificate has the mission of verifying that the building meets the basic design and quality requirements in accordance with the current habitability regulations of the autonomous community.

On the other hand, it is also certified that the house meets the same conditions as the habitability license, therefore there have been no extensions without the corresponding planning license.

Our studio of architects in Alicante is specialized in the processing of habitability certificates in the province of Alicante and Valencia.
