What is understood by Minor Work?

 

The works of refurbishment that do not involve structural alteration of the building, or affect cataloged elements or in the process of cataloging, as well as those of maintenance of the building that do require the placement of scaffolding on public roads.

The minor work license is mandatory and is required prior to the beginning of the works and minor reforms that do not need a project, but do require plans or technical memory.

In no case are minor works considered those that imply a change of use , that is, if we wanted to condition a warehouse as a home, it would not be considered minor work, since we would be modifying the characteristic use.

Nor is it considered minor work if there is an increase in volume, height and / or surface.
