WHO CAN APPLY THE TOURIST LICENSE?

WHAT SHOULD THE HOUSING COMPLY?
To apply for a tourist license, the home must have obtained First or Second Occupation and urban compatibility.
The conditions that the home must meet in order to obtain the standard rating are the following:

HOW IS THE VACATION RENTAL LICENSE PROCESSED IN THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY?
Technical certificates signed by technicians must be obtained and a lot of bureaucracy must be carried out.
The steps to follow are those:
1. Check if a tourist license is allowed on the street where the home is located; to do this, you must check the municipality's PGOU.
2. Review the statutes of the neighborhood community to see if they prohibit vacation rentals.
3. Obtaining the second occupation license.
It must be habitable and have illegal unregistered extensions.
The second occupancy license is valid for 10 years, unless a transfer of ownership has been made.
4. Submit the urban compatibility and pay the corresponding fees.
Depending on the town hall, different documentation must be presented for this procedure.
5. Register the license with the Department of Tourism of the Generalitat Valenciana.
