HOW IS THE VACATION RENTAL LICENSE PROCESSED IN THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY?

The second occupancy license is valid for 10 years, unless a transfer of ownership has been made.
4. Submit the urban compatibility and pay the corresponding fees.

5. Register the license with the Department of Tourism of the Generalitat Valenciana.
