The Certificate of Habitability or second occupation license is necessary to be able to carry out the following procedures:

Registration or change of holder of the water contract,

The granting of loans and aid.

Deed of sale when requested by the buyer or the notary.
The certificate of occupancy confirms that the house is habitable and that no illegal extensions have been carried out without prescribing.
