Checking of municipal regulations and requirements for tourist accommodation.
Preparation of the necessary documentation to obtain the urban compatibility and occupation license signed by an architect.
Evacuation plan with the emergency telephones to be placed at the entrance door according to Decree 10/2021, of 22 January, of the Consell.
Once the compatibility has been obtained in the town hall, the documentation required by the Ministry of Tourism must be submitted to obtain the tourist license.

Technical project of activity drafted and signed by a competent technician, expressly established by Decree 92/2009

It is necessary to notify the town hall of the start of the activity in which the owner confirms that he or she has the complete documentation and undertake to implement the activity in accordance with the measures established in the applicable regulations and to maintain them during the exercise of the activity. (Article 69 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations).

Prices valid for flats and bungalows of less than 150 m² with a first occupancy licence in an urban area. Check the travel price and for the rest of the typologies. Depending on the municipality, a second occupancy license may be required.
