Verification of municipal regulations and requirements for tourist accommodation.

Preparation of the certificate of occupancy to obtain a second occupation license.

Preparation of the necessary documentation to obtain the urban compatibility license .

Evacuation plan with emergency telephone numbers to be placed at the entrance door according to Decree 10/2021, of 22 January, of the Consell.

Once the compatibility has been obtained at the town hall, the documentation required by the Ministry of Tourism to obtain the tourist license must be submitted .

CLAIM SHEETS
In addition to obtaining the tourist license, the administration requires other requirements such an energy efficiency certificate, official complaint forms and a vinyl with the logotype of the tourist apartment.

You can choose the procedure you need. Municipal urban compatibility fees and second occupancy licence not included, depending on each municipality. Prices valid for flats of less than 150 m² with a first occupancy licence in an urban area. Check the travel price and for the rest of the typologies. Depending on the municipality, a second occupancy license may be required.
