La Cédula de Habitabilidad o licencia de segunda ocupación, es necesaria para poder realizar los siguientes trámites:

Alta o cambio de titular del contrato de agua,

La concesión de prestamos y ayudas.

Obtener la licencia turística.

Escritura de compra-venta cuando lo solicite el comprador o el notario.
La cédula de habitabilidad confirma que la vivienda es habitable y que no se han realizado ampliaciones ilegales no prescritas.
La documentación que debe apartar el propietario de la vivienda es la siguiente:

Copia del DNI / NIE del propietario

Certificado de segunda ocupación emitida por arquitecto

Justificante de Pago de Tasas (dependerá de cada Ayuntamiento)

Según el ayuntamiento se pueden pedir planos de la vivienda y los recibos de agua y luz.
