OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Verification of municipal regulations and requirements for tourist housing, preparation of the necessary documentation to obtain urban compatibility, evacuation plan at the entrance door, list of emergency telephone numbers.

Including management and delivery to the town hall.

For homes up to 150 m².

Once the compatibility has been obtained  in the town hall, the documentation required by the Ministry of Tourism must be submitted to obtain the tourist license.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO OBTAIN THE TOURIST LICENSE IN TORREVIEJA ?

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE NECESSARY TO RENT A TOURIST PROPERTY?

  • First occupancy licence or declaration of responsibility for second occupation: Document that indicates that the property does not have illegal extensions or urban planning infringements and complies with habitability regulations.

  • Urban compatibility license: this document certifies that the city council authorizes the activity of tourist apartment

  • Energy efficiency certificate: Although it is not required by the administration to grant the tourist license, it is mandatory to be able to rent the property.

  • Civil liability insurance: Document required by the Ministry of Tourism to obtain the license.

  • Evacuation plan of the house with emergency telephone numbers of the municipality: Requirement by the Ministry according to Decree 10/2021, of January 22, of the Consell.

  • Vinyl with the logo of the Generalitat on the door and registration number of the tourist license.

  • Complaint forms.
