The building is located in the surroundings of the Peñacerrada Palace, one of the most representative palaces of the L'Alacantí, in which its English-inspired gardens stand out. The building is structured in one house per floor in which the kitchens and the staircase lead to a central patio, the entire day area is located on the facade, while most of the bedrooms are located in the back patio, much brighter, to a more open area with hardly any construction.

The project consisted on the preparation of the Basic Project and execution for its municipal management.
