Single-family house with a rectangular layout, where the day and night area are in two areas joined through a double height and both overlook the garden through a large window, generating a very clear and functional circulation.

The materiality is based on only two materials, white on the exterior walls and wood in the fencing of the viewpoints of the living-dining room, creating a cozy and Mediterranean whole.

The volume of the complex is formed by the twin of two blocks with different heights with a sloping roof, corresponding to the living-dining room to the highest block and the night area and the kitchen to the lowest, with this it is possible to break with the linearity of the roof. The façade generates a continuous movement along the entire perimeter to generate a change of perspective throughout the complex.

On the ground floor is the parking and service area.
