Verification of municipal regulations and requirements for tourist housing, preparation of the necessary documentation to obtain urban compatibility. Including management and delivery to the town hall.

For homes up to 150 m².

Once the compatibility has been obtained in the town hall, the documentation required by the Ministry of Tourism must be submitted to obtain the tourist license.

SECOND OCCUPANCY LICENSE

The certificate issued by the competent architect or practitioner that verifies that the property is habitable and complies with the habitability regulations. It must be renewed every 10 years from obtaining the certificate of occupancy or when a purchase and sale takes place. Price for houses and bungalow in urban area.

EVACUATION PLAN

Schematic evacuation plan with emergency telephones, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Tourism. Price for flats or bungalows of less than 150 m², for larger areas or villas on request.

Prices valid for flats and bungalows of less than 150 m² with a first occupancy licence in an urban area. Check the travel price and for the rest of the typologies.
