Detached house with a rectangular layout, where the day and night area are in two totally separate areas, although both face the pool area, the entrance area is located at the junction of each side, generating a very clear and functional. The topography of the plot and the urban constraints due to the proximity to a ring road, determine the configuration both in plan and elevation.

The materiality is based only on two materials, concrete and natural stone, creating a cozy and Mediterranean set.

The volume of the complex is formed by the twinning of two blocks with different heights, the living-dining room corresponding to the highest block and the night area and the kitchen to the lowest, thus breaking with the linearity of the roof. The façade that faces the pool area is framed to emphasize the day area of the house.
