Single-family house with a rectangular layout, where the day area is on the ground floor and the night area is on the first floor, generating a very clear and functional circulation. On the first floor, a great contrast is created between the cantilevered area and the recessed interior part.

The materiality is based on only two materials, white on the exterior walls and anthracite-colored ceramic in the recessed areas.

The volume of the complex is formed by a single volume with a cantilever in the pool area, corresponding to the night area.

The façade of the pool area is framed to emphasize the rectangular shape of the house.

The day room is totally permeable and has views of the entire plot, being accessible from all sides of the house, which creates an air circulation that generates a reduction in temperature inside.
