It is a single-family house with L-shaped distribution, where the day and night area are in two totally separate areas, although both face to the pool area. The topography of the plot and the urban conditions due to the proximity to a ring road, condition the configuration both in plan and elevation.

The materiality is based only on two materials, white on the exterior walls and ceramic on the window of the living room, creating a cozy and Mediterranean set.

 The volume of the set is formed by the union of two blocks with different height, corresponding the living room to the highest block and the night area and the kitchen to the lowest, with this it is possible to break with the linearity of the roof.

The façade located in the pool area is framed to emphasize the L-shape of the house. The day piece is totally permeable and overlooks the entire plot, being only accessible from the pool porch.
