Located on the outskirts of Sant Vicent del Raspeig, the challenge of this project was to maximize the free space in a triangular plot. To do this, the whole complex is raised creating sunken courtyards that illuminate the basement and raise the level of the land at the rear until it reaches the ground floor level, which creates a direct communication between the day areas and the rear garden.

Outside, the linearity and the use of only two colors stand out, the white and the ocher of the limestone, all of this to highlight the simplicity of the straight lines on the facade.

Inside there are small patios that indirectly illuminate the rooms.
