One of the fundamental premises in the implementation has been the use of a compact typology, on the one hand to free up space on the plot, and on the other to reduce energy costs by reducing the façade.
In order to achieve a sustainable complex, its configuration acquires special importance, through systems of slats to protect the facade; glass with special protection depending on the orientation; a central patio that provides double ventilation, as well as additional systems such as the Canadian well, solar panels on the roof or masses of trees near the building on its west facade for climate control.

Two types of volumetric drilling are established, both rotate and move on each floor. One appears in the outer ring through large holes in the facade, and other smaller ones in the inner ring of offices that offer a great spatial richness and cross views both vertically and horizontally.
A double system is established, one centripetal-interior for the offices, and another
Centrifugal-exterior by emptying the program in each plant.
The displacement of the two rings as a consequence of the study of the program, establishing the largest classrooms in the widest part of the floor, and in the narrowest band the smaller areas, generates a double module. Both offer a programmatic distribution system with extensive functional possibilities while allowing the design of a structure with reasonable spans.
